ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PROPERTY LOAN APPLICATION:
- Indian resident with CIBIL score above 700
- Should have steady income through job or registered business
- Should have income above 25000 per month.
- Should have AADAHR and PAN card along with address proof.
- Should have property identified with all valid documents of that property.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PROCESSING PROPERTY LOAN APPLICATION:
- AADHAR Card, PAN Card, Address Proof (DL/PP/etc.) of applicant.
- Employer Identity Card, Offer Letter, Appointment Letter in case of applicant is salaried professional.
- Passport Size Photographs in COLOR.
- Income proof (Salary Slip) in case of salaried professional.
- Property papers stating permission for construction, wherever applicable.
- Sales Deed Agreement/Allotment Letter/ Stamped Duty Agreement.
- Share certificate/Maintenance Bill/Electricity Bill/Property Tax Receipt.
- Approved Plan Copy/Registered Development Agreement/Conveyance Deed
- Payment receipts of bank account statement demonstrating payments to builder/seller.
- Business proof (TL/SL/GUMASTA/GST/MSME/CIN/PAN) in case of self-employed professional.
- Banking statement of last 1 year of applicant in case of salaried professional.
- Banking statement of last 1 year of applicant and business in case of self-employed professional.
- ITR of last 3 years in case of applicant is self-employed professional.
- FORM-16 of last 2 years in case of applicant is salaried professional.
- Balance Sheet Profit & Loss Statement of last 3 years in case of applicant is self-employed.
- Loan Account Statements if any actively running in name of applicant
- Credit card statements if any actively running in name of applicant.
- NOC (No Objection Certificates) or Closing Letters for loan(s)/credit card(s) which are active/closed as of date.
BANK/NBFC PROCESS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY APPLICATION:
- Customer will provide all required documents and details.
- Company will prepare and submit Loan application with customer documents and details.
- Bank/NBFC will process customer application to validate details and documents.
- Application will be passed on to credit evaluation team post documents validation.
- Customer will be notified about final decision of their respective Loan application.
